Position Description
Directly reports to: Team Leader and Volunteer Engagement Specialist
Service Position Summary: This member is a person recruited from the community who is embedded into a kindergarten through third grade classroom to develop children's literacy skills. The member collaborates with the classroom teaching staff to enhance daily literacy opportunities and conduct literacy assessments to ensure children are on track to read on grade level by the end of 3rd grade.
